Not sure how we missed this gem in downtown Fredericksburg, but decided to give it a try yesterday. We decided on the muffaletta sandwich on our initial visit. This sandwich did NOT disappoint. The sandwich was bursting with flavor, freshly made, and a true delight. Services was top rate and we enjoyed talking with Marcus. We will definitely be returning to work our way through the menu specials!

Pleasantly surprised at how fantastic my sandwich was. I wasn't expecting much...but I got the Denver breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread and it was by far the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I even had to call the man and let him know how fire this sandwich was. It doesn't even taste like gluten free bread!!! Highly recommend. This won't be my last visit!

Gluten free people (and gluten people) - these sandwiches are amazing! As a gluten free weirdo, I was expecting a basic gluten-free sandwich that would fall apart immediately, but this was AMAZING! I had to ask again if it was actually gluten free. I’m also dairy free, so having various sauce options (that aren’t all cheese-based) is a gift! Ben, who spoke to us today, was also very kind. He let my husband try all the different flavors. My husband, who eats gluten, LOVED their baguette quality. Its a must try!!

Great shop. Got the build your own with prime rib on a ciabatta and their Thai sauce. The prime rib was fantastic! The bread was fresh and soft. The onions were a great add. My favorite part of the experience is that you can sample their hot sauces.

Cuban and a Reuben. We returned to this great sandwich shop after our first experience a couple months ago. Not disappointed in that decision. Selection of sandwiches looks great, but this time we split a Reuben and a Cuban, both were fantastic.

The BEST Muffaletta sandwich I have had since being in New Orleans. Try the Honey Butt Macaroni Salad. All Delicious and the staff was excellent.
